This newly renovated, 1st floor lakeside apartment is located within a historical former hotel, on the peaceful, lower lakeside road on the border of Laglio and Carate Urio.
The spacious light-filled accommodation has been totally renovated (summer 2015) with great care and attention to detail, by its new owners and transformed into a luxurious holiday home with everything you need for a relaxing stay on Lake Como.
Ideally situated only 10 minutes drive from Como town (12 km) and 40 minutes from Malpensa airport, this lovely property is located on the first floor and has a lift, shared indoor summer pool and gymnasium.
Service Charge
Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
Additional Facilities
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire: Cot Hire – EU 20 per week, High Chair – EU 15 per week, Push Chair – EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week.
Making a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, we will send you a booking form and you pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

There is a balcony running the full width of the property at the front and side, with access from the open plan living area.
To the rear of the apartment (accessed through the study bedroom) is a spacious terrace with al fresco dining and access to the shared indoor pool & gymnasium.

The property is located on the lower lakeside road, which is flat and has various restaurants within walking distance as well as a regular local bus service and a ferry service.
