This huge area leads out directly to the pool and is envisaged as a party area (there is an extendable table up to 3 metres), as well as cosy sofas, open gas/log fire, TV and a separate bar area. There is a laundry room with washer and drier.

Externally

There is a spacious lawned garden surrounding the villa, plus various external dining areas and patios on ground level with comfy lounging sofas. Steps lead down to the pool area, with sunbeds and a good sized pool overlooking the lake. There is also an outside shower by the pool.
