The property has been carefully thought out to maximise your holiday experience. it is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you could need to make your holiday the perfect experience.

Laid out over 2 floors, the property is both spacious and light-filled. A downstairs bedroom and bathroom and 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor provide ample accommodation for families or groups of friends. All beds can be made up as singles or doubles and there is also a sofa bed, offering more flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. Cots and high chairs are availalble on request.

The huge HEATED pool with its spacious sun deck bathes in the sunshine all day long. If you want to sunbathe in privacy there is a private garden just to the side of the pool, set up with sun loungers or you can simply laze on the large balcony and watch the children frolic in the pool, whilst you take in the panoramic vistas in front of you.

To get to the lakeside you walk through the lovely historic hamlet of Colonno away from traffic. The village offers a small store for daily essentials, 2 bars and an amazing family-run trattoria specialising in fish and meet, with a lakeside terrace, offering great value for money.

More restaurants, bars and shops can be found just up the road in the lovely lakeside village of Argegno, a 3 minute drive away. There is also a lakeside lido and a brand new swimming pool . Some of the best restaurants in the area are huddled around the main Piazza (Italians come from Milan at the weekends, they are so good – so make sure you book) – La Piazetta, La Barchetta, Da Emilio and La Corte, to name just some of them – ask for our FREE RESTAURANT GUIDE for more ideas.

At weekends the Piazza in Argegno is buzzing with life, both local and tourists – in addition to the restaurant, there are 2 lovely wine bars, offering free nibbles at aperitivo time (5-7pm every day).
