Lenno has a stylish Lido with beach and restaurant, a lovely historic piazza, lake front promenade with several restaurants and bars. There are excellent amenities including 2 supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a very popular weekly market each Tuesday along the lakefront, which attracts people from all over the lake.
Also within walking distance are the famous gardens of Villa Balbianello (featured in Star Wars and James Bond movies) and Villa Carlotta. Lenno has it’s own ferry terminal, making it convenient to travel to other akeside resorts such as Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio. Exploring the Lake Como area couldn’t be easier. Switerland is just over the hill from Menaggio and the ski resort of Madesimo is under 80kms away.
