This well located contemporary holiday home provides a fantastic self-catering alternative to a hotel stay! This delightful Lake Como retreat is situated in the picturesque and vibrant central lake village of Loveno, which is perfectly accessible by public transport and even boasts the famous visitor attraction of Villa Balbianello on its doorstep!

The duplex holiday home provides modern and spacious accommodation for groups and families of up to 6, with all the desired home comforts to hand. A contemporary and inviting open plan living and dining area enjoys direct access out to a sunny private garden and provides the ideal place to relax and entertain.

A fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired cooking appliances for preparing and cooking delicious home cooked meals during your stay with a gas hob, oven, microwave and a full fridge freezer. An indoor dining area is provided and the garden also provides a swimming pool and an outdoor dining area perfect for alfresco dinner parties, with a lovely sheltered and tranquil mountain-view setting to serve as the perfect backdrop. Sun loungers are further provided in the garden for guests’ enjoyment in the sunshine.

The holiday home’s tasteful and contemporary interior is arranged into two floors with versatile and comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 6 guests. On the upper floor, there is the spacious double master bedroom which is ideal for couples. The two further sleeping rooms are located in an annex on the basement level which can be reached by an outside stairs from the garden terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with twin single beds which can also be twinned to form a double bed upon request. A third bedroom is ideal for accommodating older children with a single bed which features a convenient pull out additional single bed option. This may not be suitable if the children are small and you want them close to you all of the time.

Two modern fitted bathrooms are also provided for guest’s convenience. Both are newly fitted in tasteful pale lemon tiles with a bath tub with overhead shower, a wash basin with vanity mirror, a WC and bidet.

From this stylish and spacious Lake Como retreat the wide variety of Lenno amenities are easily within reach including supermarkets, weekly markets, a frequent local bus service to Menaggio and Como city and a picturesque café-lined promenade with passenger ferry stop.

As well as providing a lovely idyllic sandy beach to sunbathe and unwind on, the popuar Lido di Lenno also provides a fashionable lakefront restaurant and nightclub, with taxi boat service operating from its boat pontoon to the famous visitor attraction of Villa Balbianello, which is just located on the other side of the tranquil wooded bay.

Nearby activities include power boat hire, tennis, sailing, golf, quad bike tours, hiking, mountain biking, windsurfing and exploring the famous Golden Triangle towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna.

Guests are perfectly located to enjoy the wide choice of culinary delights available on the central lake, from the lakefront restaurants of the Tremezzina shore to the mountainside ‘Agrosturismos’ and authentic Pizzerias; the choice is yours!
