A very spacious privately owned villa, surrounded by 8,500 square metres (9000+ square feet) of parkland with panoramic views overlooking Lake Como.

It has been completely renovated in recent years and consists of three floors, for a total 620 square meters (6,600 square feet) as follows:

Ground floor
A large glass door provides access to an elegant and bright entrance hall, leading to the most significant and important area of the house. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with ample seating and offers stunning panoramic views from large windows. There are also recreational area and a more intimate corner with a fireplace, for moments of relaxation. And you can find stillness and concentration in the study, furnished with fine walnut wood walls.

The dining room can easily accommodate about 16/18 people for entertaining. The floors are mainly parquet teak, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere . All the larger windows are equipped with shutters with electric motor for easy opening and closing.

The kitchen is spacious and can also be used for dining. It has large marble tops, double ovens and burners, as well as a huge steel refrigerator. A real cook’s kitchen! There is also an area for ​​laundry and ironing.

First floor
An impressive open wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a spacious landing with sofas to relax and enjoy the stunning lake views. This area is dived into 2 main wings (a Master wing and a Guest wing), where you will find the bedrooms.

Overall, on this floor there are seven bedrooms including six doubles and one single room. All rooms are equipped with their  own bathrooms, with the exception of two rooms that share a large bathroom. All rooms are equipped with large wardrobes and a desk. The bedroom floors are in parquet and the bathrooms are beautifully tiled throughout.

Top floor
A marble staircase leads to the top floor, where there is a further bathroom and a single bedroom.

The Parkland 

The park is beautifully maintained by a full time gardener and consists flower beds, large lawned areas and walkways. There is a Pétanque (boules) pitch, a beautiful fountain/waterfall and a large sun terrace for al fresco dining and sunbathing.

Garage/parking for 8 cars
There is a three car garage plus a covered gated parking for two cars. In addition in front of the property, there is further parking for three cars, for a total of eight cars.
