The covered private terrace out here easily allows guests to soak up a spot of holiday serenity; with sun beds featuring alongside a chic lake view dining area ideal for savouring summertime feasts and romantic evening drinks.

From the elevated lake view position of the exclusive residence, guests are within a 10 minute walk away from town and a 1 minute drive away from all the local amenities provided within the ancient allure of Argegno. The lakeside town offers a lovely selection of cafes, wine bars and authentic restaurants to savour (La Piazzetta in particular is well worth booking a table for!) alongside a useful passenger ferry service, a main lake road that stretches the full length of the western shore and a bus service with links to Menaggio (20 minutes) and to the lake capital of Como (30 minutes).
For more fine dining opportunities, the lakeside town is within enviable reach of the ‘Locanda di Trilindana’ restaurant in Sala Comacina and ‘Il Crotto dei Platani’ in Brienno. The nearby Tremezzina shore is also lined with a plethora of cafes, Italian restaurants and unique wine bars. ‘La Aqua Cheta’ is situated in a converted boat house in the lakeside park there and boasts the perfect sunset lake spot for evening aperitivos, whilst the tucked away ‘La Cantina’ in the quiet backstreets offers an ambient evening of wine tasting and delectable regional produce under a vine covered terrace.
For keen walkers, the area is well-known for its labyrinth of breathtaking hiking routes, which include the ‘Greenway del Lago’, the San Martino climb and the Sacro Monte di Ossuccio trail. For water fans, the western shore also boasts a wide range of Lidos and lake swimming spots in Ossuccio, Tremezzo, Griante, Menaggio and further along the shore. Power boat rental, kayak hire and water sports will also keep lake lovers occupied, whilst those looking for relaxation can also choose one of the luxury hotel spas to be pampered in.
Nearby Cernobbio and Como provide the perfect spot of retail therapy and for the ideal present home, the nearby central lake resort towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio all offer something delightful. For high-end designer shopping, the cities of Milan and Lugano are also within easy reach, for a day that shopaholics will remember!
A holiday on the central lake also offers one of great variety in any season, with world-class villa attractions to enjoy from spring-late summer to the ski resorts of Madesimo and Piani di Bobbio in the winter; there is something to enjoy here in any season!

Service Charge
Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
Additional Facilities
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire: Cot Hire – EU 20 per week, High Chair – EU 15 per week, Push Chair – EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week.
Making a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, we will send you a booking form and you pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
