Stone steps lead down to a shared pool with sunbathing areas overlooking the lake. The property is therefore unsuitable for people with walking difficulties.

The residence is located on a quiet lane, which forms part of the ‘Greenway del Lago’ – an amazing walkway which runs from Colonno to Tremezzo. It is within a 5-10 minute walk of the village of Sala Comacina where you will find a public beach, with safe swimming area, a ferry point and an excellent choice of 4 lake view restaurants (including the famous Locanda del Isola) and a lakeside pizzeria/bar.
