The property has been recently renovated and is very spacious, with a stunning balcony hanging over the lakes’ edge.

The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area has 2 large patio doors, affording amazing lake views and access out onto the sunny balcony whoch runs the entire width of the building. There is a dining table to seat up to 8 and a large comfy sofa. There is also an open fire, making this a cosy winter rental as well.

Externally

There is parking both on the road behind the property and a free car park below the property to the right, close to the marina.

Additional Information

The property is accessed from the rear, via a staircase, so it is not suitable for wheel chairs.

The building is close to the main church of Argegno and so you will hear the church bells.
